Isn’t it crazy how our minds can go so far and then we end up in this weird space, wondering how we got to feeling so terrible? I’ve totally been guilty of these cognitive distortions (there’s 10 in all in the book but my iPhone couldn’t capture it). The next time you feel like crap, pay attention to why you’re feeling like that.
